India not happy with Ajmal's bowling action: report
Senior Indian cricketers have reportedly complained to the International Cricket Council (ICC) over their suspicion on Pakistan spinner Saeed Ajmal's bowling action.
According to the sources, Senior players are of the view that Ajmal chucks while bowling. The 34-year-old
spinner took the wicket of Sachin Tendulkar in Sunday's Asia Cup clash at Mirpur where India chased 329 runs to crush Pakistan by 6 wickets.
Ajmal had earlier claimed to a BBC interview, that the ICC had allowed him leniency up to 23.5 degrees, which the PCB and ICC later denied.
As per the ICC rules a bowler can only straighten his arm up to 15 degrees, beyond which his action will be deemed illegal.
Ajmal's bowling action had come under suspicion for the first time in 2009 during ODI series against Australia but was cleared after remedial work by experts.
Once again, doubts were raised following his career-best 7-55 in the first Test against England, played in Dubai.
Former England pacer Bob Willis questioned his 'doosra' (second one) -- a ball which turns the other way than a normal off-break -- while England coach Andy Flower said he has his own opinion and left the matter to the ICC.

Interior Minister Rehman Malik has decided to sue Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Pakistan Muslim League – Quaid (PML-Q) Senator Mushahid Hussain for withdrawing Rs10 billion and Rs2 billion respectively from Intelligence Bureau’s (IB) account.
In a statement released by the interior ministry, Malik claimed that he was not aware of the Mehrangate issue as the interior ministry has nothing to do with the intelligence agency. “The ministry does not even control their finances and operations.”
The minister further said that Sharif and Hussain are trying to divert the attention of the public from former Mehran Bank chief Younis Habib’s allegations in the Mehrangate scandal.
Malik has ordered his lawyer to issue a notice to Sharif and Hussain in this regard, said the statement.
Earlier in a press conference held at Sharif’s residence in Lahore, the chief minister informed the media of taking action against Habib over his claim of giving hefty amounts to them.
