International flood response was 'woefully inadequate'

The International Development Secretary Andrew Mitchell has called the international response so far to the floods in Pakistan "woefully inadequate" during a visit to the devastated region. The United Nations says many of the 14 million people affected by the floods in Pakistan have yet to receive any aid. Britain has promised more than thirty million pounds of public money to help the victims of the flooding.
